Kenyon Square Apartments
While SEU Ohio Regional Campus does not have a residence hall, the campus does provide information on apartment living options for students. Kenyon Square is our primary recommendation for students wanting to live near campus. Suites
The available apartments are two bedroom, two bathroom suites with basic furnishings including an individual bed and dresser as well as a desk. The main living space includes a couch and a dining table with chairs.
Amenities
As a resident of Kenyon Square you'll have access to a 24-hour fitness studio, a resort-style pool and clubhouse, as well as a fire pit and grilling pavilion in the outdoor lounge. Apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size washer/dryer, as well as mahogany-style cabinetry, nine-foot ceilings, brushed nickel hardware and lighting, ceramic flooring in the bath areas, and wood-finish flooring in the kitchen/dining spaces.
