Local Law Enforcement
Alleged violations of the Sexual Misconduct Policy should be reported to the appropriate Title IX Deputy Coordinator for Southeastern University. In addition to contacting the Title IX Deputy Coordinator, a person who has experienced a sexual assault or other act of sexual violence may contact proper local law enforcement authorities (e.g., by calling 911) about possibly filing a criminal complaint. The SEU Ohio Regional faculty and staff are available to assist individuals in making contact with any of the following appropriate law enforcement authorities upon request. SEU Ohio staff are mandatory reporters and must report alleged acts of sexual violence to Southeastern University for investigation.
