As an organizational leadership major at SEU, you will learn how to become a valued team member, exemplary follower, and an ethical and effective leader.

The BA or BS in Organizational Leadership is designed to equip you with the necessary core skills of communication, planning, motivation, and teamwork. You will also grow in your ability to apply these principles in various organizational settings. Whether you want to become a business owner or manager within an organization, the principles of leadership and examples of historical leaders you study will prepare you to serve others in your career and effectively encourage others to accomplish their goals.

To further enhance your learning, you have the options of studying abroad and completing a minor. In fact, SEU offers dozens of minors and study abroad opportunities.

We live in a globally interconnected world and multicultural society; when you study abroad, you will learn to work with people from other cultures. You’ll discover how people in other cultures communicate and work together, and what motivates them. You will even have the chance to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ cross-culturally.

If your goal is to own your own business, you may choose to enhance your degree with a minor in entrepreneurship. You’ll learn how to start a company and serve the quadruple bottom line: people, planet, profit, and paracletes.
