The Southeastern University Master of Arts in Biblical Studies provides academic work in biblical studies for teaching, research, or ministry and includes studies in an advanced biblical language (Greek or Hebrew).

Because Pentecostals have historically contended that biblical literacy is the foundation for ministry, this degree provides a standard for a Pentecostal institution at the forefront of theological education.
